Winter Ready Your Wheels Can Help!
Blue Mountain 4-H can help with vehicle maintenance issues directly affected by cold weather. Items such as anti-freeze, wiper fluid, corroded belts, batteries and terminals all qualify.
How does it work?
Eligibility is dertermined based on the Guidelines and Rules of the State of Montana SNAP program.
If you are currently eligible then we can process your request by filling out the Winter Ready Your Wheels form and follow the instructions on the form.
If you are not on the SNAP program but you are potentially eligible for the benefits please:
- Complete the SNAP application form.
- Complete the Winter Ready Your Wheels form and follow the instructions on the form. Be sure to return BOTH forms to the address in the instructions.
Eligible participants will be contacted and a maintenance evaluation will be set up. Be prepared to provide a copy of the current vehicle registration and a valid driver's license.
