Attached is a flyer and registration for the Sitz Angus Livestock Judging Contest held in Dillon on Saturday, April 10th.  Registration begins at 8:30 am, and the contest will begin at 9 am.  Please let me know if you have any questions.

Montana 4-H Circuit   Livestock Judging Contest hosted by Sagebrush & Snowdrifts  4-H Club Saturday,  April 10, 2010 Sitz Angus Ranch Sale   Barn 1800 Albers Lane  (9 miles on Hwy 91 N, turn Right) Check In starts at  8:30 am,  Judging contest begins at 9 am. Please pre-register by April 7th. Fees can be paid and changes made the  day of the contest.  Registrations available       at the Extension  Office or call 683-3785 $10 per contestant, includes registration & lunch. $5 for additional lunches. Novice, Superstarter, Junior & Senior Divisions Judging 3 classes of each beef, sheep & swine.

Hello Agents,Attached is a copy of a news article that talks about mini-grants of $150 available for community service projects.  Any group who applied for a People Partner Grant would already have a plan, have information gathered and could easily apply for additional funds.  You may know of other groups that would be interested. Please share this information with groups in your county.  The applications are due April 2nd.I hope you are enjoying some signs of spring.  We have bluebirds, robins and sand hill cranes at home!Martha

2)  Meet Pogo, 18 yr. old Pinto welsh pony size mare. Meet Angel, a 19 yr. old QH palomino mare, 15 hands, in excellent condition, current on worming, hoof care.  Loads, ties, bathes, easy to catch, saddle, bridle.  She has very smooth gaits, stops, backs, etc.  She is not for a beginner, as she does not always stand still for a rider to mount, needs encouragement to leave the property as she's a bit barn sour.  She would be excellent for someone that wants a good riding horse.  Her adoption fee is $125.00.  This mare is at Shannon Alexander’s barn in Corvallis, MT s.alexander@q.com or call 406-360-8473.  Thank you!
